Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Donald Davenport made the kick off which started today's match. If Rob Woodier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chaz Dwyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rob Woodier in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Topsham booed when Dover was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simeon Buckle didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Topsham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alastair Seaward to maneuver through the defense. Donald Davenport fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stewart Cook having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Lance Almond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stewart Cook saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Topsham's zone, Donald Davenport stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stewart Cook came out of the goal and Donald Davenport tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Rob Woodier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dover's Chaz Dwyer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Dover getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Huey Cryer hit a great ball. When Geoff Cryan came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Topsham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geoff Cryan couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute of the match Basil Coulthard shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chaz Dwyer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Stewart Cook showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Davenport, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Lance Almond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donald Davenport received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Stewart Cook tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rob Woodier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chaz Dwyer having to make a save. Rob Woodier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Stewart Cook took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donald Davenport, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donald Davenport sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chaz Dwyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rob Woodier, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Basil Coulthard took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Chaz Dwyer. Dover's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Kurt Waple had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Rob Woodier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chaz Dwyer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rob Woodier in the 70th minute of the match. Lance Almond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stewart Cook having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donald Davenport in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stewart Cook prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dion Brewer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stewart Cook having to interfere. A collision led to Dover getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Dion Brewer hit a great ball. Dover's Chaz Dwyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Waple in the 88th minute of play. Kurt Waple sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Dover's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Waple came free, but Chaz Dwyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donald Davenport received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Stewart Cook tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Dover players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Topsham from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
