Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. CJ Pollard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 20 played minutes Staines City got a freekick which was hit by Peter Warburton. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denzil Midson to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, CJ Pollard made a precise shot to the right of Byron Moxey. Staines City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. If Joseph Elliot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Staines City's Austin Bellamy couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Easingwold FC. Sebastien Ealham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CJ Pollard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Byron Moxey having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Austin Bellamy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute of the match Gavin Kerfoot sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Byron Moxey skillfully saved the ball. After 99 minutes, Denzil Midson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Staines City and the Easingwold FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Staines City getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Denzil Midson hit a great ball. Easingwold FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
