Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thomas Barfield started the match with the kick off. Gerry Bolton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Barfield, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 7 minutes into the game, Henry Banim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gerry Bolton. Henry Banim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Keanu Munday took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tyrone May. Tyrone May dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ian Thackray kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Tyrone May showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keanu Munday in the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of Ribena booed when Aldeburgh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ashley Robins didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mickey Kearney during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mickey Kearney hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Tyrone May showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keanu Munday, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Aldeburgh getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ashley Robins hit a great ball. Keanu Munday received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Tyrone May tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Aldeburgh's Henry Banim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerry Bolton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Banim got free with Gerry Bolton in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th minute, Thomas Barfield got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gerry Bolton made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Henry Banim sent off a good shot on target. Henry Banim scored 3-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerry Bolton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gerry Bolton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Barfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gez Milton to make the kick off. Tyrone May didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 3-2. Tyrone May didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Keanu Munday went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Gerry Bolton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ty Cain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes, Henry Banim made it 4-3 with a short kick to the right side. Ribena's Gerry Bolton tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute Ty Cain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerry Bolton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henry Banim might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerry Bolton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henry Banim ran back to his position shaking his head. Ribena's Mickey Kearney got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Mickey Kearney off the ground. After 80 played minutes Ribena got a freekick which was hit by Mickey Kearney. Ribena's Gerry Bolton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Banim in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Henry Banim notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Ribena's Gerry Bolton. Gerry Bolton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gerry Bolton came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Aldeburgh's Thomas Barfield. But to his dismay, Thomas Barfield quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-3.
