Lloyd Horsell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl Dunlop in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the game, Fairfield's Zackary Bray nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eddie Fawcett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Kris Mansell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Fairfield getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. David Drury hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Fairfield's goal looked a bit too open when Kris Mansell came free, but Lloyd Horsell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 23 minutes, Ashley Woodier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crazy Chickens London's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ashley Woodier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zackary Bray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Eddie Fawcett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Ashley Woodier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Fairfield's goal looked a bit too open when Kris Mansell came free, but Lloyd Horsell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, Zackary Bray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fairfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zackary Bray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute Kris Mansell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lloyd Horsell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If David Drury had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the game, Ashley Woodier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lloyd Horsell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lloyd Horsell made a fantastic save in the 49th minute, when Ashley Woodier sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kris Mansell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zackary Bray in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eddie Fawcett saved Crazy Chickens London from getting behind. Paul Bevan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Fawcett having to interfere. Keiran Rowe kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul Bevan got free with Eddie Fawcett in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ashley Woodier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lloyd Horsell having to interfere. If Kris Mansell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zackary Bray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Eddie Fawcett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zackary Bray struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Eddie Fawcett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fairfield. Paul Bevan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Eddie Fawcett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ashley Woodier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ashley Woodier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Fairfield's David Drury got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Kris Mansell came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Crazy Chickens London fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kris Mansell couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, David Drury hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fairfield's David Drury got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered David Drury off the ground. After 95 played minutes Fairfield got a freekick which was hit by David Drury. In the 96th minute of the match Grant Banim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lloyd Horsell showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Ashley Woodier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crazy Chickens London's supporters rose to their feet, but Ashley Woodier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lloyd Horsell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Fairfield players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Crazy Chickens London from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
