Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Camron Bow got the match started through his kick off. Camron Bow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis Jordoan having to interfere. Lance Hayes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, Thurlaston's Tosh Osbourn dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Lance Hayes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Jools Dothery skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jools Dothery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tosh Osbourn, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Tosh Osbourn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jools Dothery having to interfere. Camron Bow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis Jordoan having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Never Exposed's Jamie Heath got a free kick in the 24th minute. Louis Jordoan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gez Harrison, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some careless play in the Thurlaston defense, Camron Bow kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Louis Jordoan. The Thurlaston fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Louis Jordoan should have stopped the shot. Louis Jordoan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gez Harrison in the 35th minute of play. Louis Jordoan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camron Bow in the 40th minute of the match. If Gez Harrison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tosh Osbourn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Daniel Davey's late challenge caught a Thurlaston's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Davey helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Never Exposed got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Davey. Doug Charlton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jools Dothery. Never Exposed's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jools Dothery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tosh Osbourn, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosh Osbourn in the 63rd minute of play forced Never Exposed's goalkeeper Jools Dothery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tosh Osbourn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Never Exposed's goal looked a bit too open when Tosh Osbourn came free, but Jools Dothery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Thurlaston's Tosh Osbourn in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Never Exposed's goalie prevented a goal. Tosh Osbourn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 77 minutes, Lance Hayes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thurlaston's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lance Hayes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camron Bow might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Louis Jordoan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Camron Bow ran back to his position shaking his head. Louis Jordoan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gez Harrison in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute, one of Never Exposed:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Never Exposed. Doug Charlton walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a defensive mix-up in Thurlaston's zone, Camron Bow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Louis Jordoan came out of the goal and Camron Bow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tosh Osbourn came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Thurlaston fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tosh Osbourn couldn't finish the play. Despite being the better team, Thurlaston failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
