Spectators: 7582 (Terracing: 5687, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 151) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ralph Mawson made the kick off which started today's match. William Tabb kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Horwich United's goalkeeper Larry Wybrow, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gareth Glanvill in the 16th minute of play forced FC Colindale's goalkeeper William Ramstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leigh McCartney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Ralph Mawson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ralph Mawson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larry Wybrow having to interfere. Leigh McCartney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Larry Wybrow didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florian Herzog went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ralph Mawson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Horwich United's Jon Couch got a free kick in the 55th minute. Larry Wybrow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stuart Dobby in the 56th minute of play. Chesney Halliday kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Horwich United's Leigh McCartney sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that William Ramstad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to FC Colindale getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Florian Herzog hit a great ball. FC Colindale's William Ramstad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save FC Colindale from getting a goal against them. After having played for 76 minutes, Leigh McCartney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horwich United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leigh McCartney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Horwich United's Jon Couch got a free kick in the 81st minute. Larry Wybrow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralph Mawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Leigh McCartney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gareth Glanvill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. William Ramstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Horwich United got a freekick which was hit by Gareth Glanvill. Horwich United succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FC Colindale had controlled the match.
