With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brian Cordingley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Don Hitchen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Jewson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Don Hitchen made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Jeremy Holdsworth sent off a good shot on target. After 28 minutes, Gaz Coulshaw mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LeaveMyArsealona and the Everton FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to LeaveMyArsealona getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Gaz Coulshaw hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, one of LeaveMyArsealona:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LeaveMyArsealona. Jeffrey Osmond shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Jeremy Holdsworth's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Don Hitchen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of LeaveMyArsealona booed when Everton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Fry didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Gaz Coulshaw got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Don Hitchen made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Jeremy Holdsworth sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaz Coulshaw stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of LeaveMyArsealona booed when Everton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Fry didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Everton FC defense, Gaz Coulshaw kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brian Cordingley. The Everton FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brian Cordingley should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Jeremy Holdsworth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Everton FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Don Hitchen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Jewson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Jewson in the 75th minute of play forced LeaveMyArsealona's goalkeeper Don Hitchen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremy Holdsworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Don Hitchen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Jewson in the 78th minute of play. Jeremy Holdsworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Don Hitchen having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Everton FC's zone, Damion Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Cordingley came out of the goal and Damion Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kevin Jewson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
