Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) FC Royal Brigade's Lance Townsend started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of LeaveMyArsealona booed when FC Royal Brigade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gareth Ashton didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Damion Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Carr kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. If Charlie Whitman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lance Townsend in the 14th minute of play forced LeaveMyArsealona's goalkeeper Don Hitchen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stew Blake stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaz Coulshaw's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After 16 minutes, Dean Stone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LeaveMyArsealona and the FC Royal Brigade players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes LeaveMyArsealona got a freekick which was hit by Dean Stone. Stew Blake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaz Coulshaw in the 18th minute of the match. LeaveMyArsealona's Don Hitchen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lance Townsend in the 23rd minute of play. Stew Blake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaz Coulshaw in the 27th minute of the match. Lance Townsend recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Damion Lucas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LeaveMyArsealona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damion Lucas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rick Parrott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Don Hitchen having to interfere. Dom Lambley charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dom Lambley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, LeaveMyArsealona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dom Lambley to maneuver through the defense. The corner ended in Sol Leyburn almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LeaveMyArsealona's Don Hitchen did a great save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With a little luck, FC Royal Brigade's Stew Blake got control of the ball when Damion Lucas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, LeaveMyArsealona's Gaz Coulshaw sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stew Blake narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Damion Lucas came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the LeaveMyArsealona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damion Lucas couldn't finish the play. 62 minutes into the match, LeaveMyArsealona's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Whitman came free, but Don Hitchen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes, Frank Carr mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LeaveMyArsealona and the FC Royal Brigade players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Frank Carr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as LeaveMyArsealona's Gaz Coulshaw slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stew Blake. That made the score 0-1 after 67 minutes of play. Stew Blake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaz Coulshaw, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Don Hitchen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lance Townsend in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaz Coulshaw in the 88th minute of play forced FC Royal Brigade's goalkeeper Stew Blake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Don Hitchen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charlie Whitman in the 90th minute of the match. Damion Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Stew Blake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute of the match, Damion Lucas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Stew Blake was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaz Coulshaw in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stew Blake saved FC Royal Brigade from getting behind. LeaveMyArsealona's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
