Kieran Hurst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Storm FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 35 minutes into the game, Garry Mayfield was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Callum Ring was the one to do the kick off. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
