Kirk Cambridge came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Bollington City's Greg Medley. But to his dismay, Greg Medley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caleb Cousins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kirk Cambridge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greg Medley in the 53rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnathan Marsden got free with Kirk Cambridge in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Bollington City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nunthorpe AFC throughout the match.
