Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marty Palmer got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Waterloo and South Bank AFC's goalkeeper Jerome Martin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Steven McCormick ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dom Dawes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Francis Delaney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Waterloo and South Bank AFC's zone, Seth Green stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerome Martin came out of the goal and Seth Green tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerome Martin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marty Palmer's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After 28 minutes, Wesley Ashton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Waterloo and South Bank AFC and the Pizzle Youth Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. 32 minutes into the match, Waterloo and South Bank AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Huey Sawyer came free, but Jerome Martin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Stan Tate was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Waterloo and South Bank AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pizzle Youth Team the free kick. After 34 played minutes Waterloo and South Bank AFC got a freekick which was hit by Stan Tate. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Waterloo and South Bank AFC! Jeffrey Broadhead struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Dom Dawes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Waterloo and South Bank AFC. The Waterloo and South Bank AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pizzle Youth Team were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Steven McCormick to strike the kick off in the second half. Jeffrey Broadhead blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dom Dawes having to make a save. The supporters of Waterloo and South Bank AFC booed when Pizzle Youth Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rio Hellen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Huey Sawyer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marty Palmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Waterloo and South Bank AFC's Stan Tate got a free kick in the 69th minute. Marty Palmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerome Martin having to interfere. When Nath Gill fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Waterloo and South Bank AFC's protests and gave Nath Gill a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Nath Gill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Huey Sawyer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pizzle Youth Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Huey Sawyer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerome Martin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Waterloo and South Bank AFC's Jerome Martin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Palmer in the 87th minute of play.
