Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Ian Gascoigne started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 played minutes Pizzle Youth Team got a freekick which was hit by Huey Sawyer. Marty Palmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Dale Pritchard threw the ball into play from the sideline. Liverpool FC's Ian Gascoigne quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Seth Green fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pizzle Youth Team's protests and gave Seth Green a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Seth Green hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Pizzle Youth Team's Dale Pritchard got a free kick in the 14th minute. Huey Sawyer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Andre Byrne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Huey Sawyer got free with Andre Byrne in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andre Byrne made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Huey Sawyer sent off a good shot on target. Liverpool FC's Andre Byrne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Palmer in the 23rd minute of play. Huey Sawyer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Andre Byrne made a huge save. Andre Byrne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marty Palmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Palmer came free, but Andre Byrne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andre Byrne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Palmer in the 32nd minute of play. Andre Byrne was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Marty Palmer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marty Palmer really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 38th play minute Huey Sawyer came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Andre Byrne. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marty Palmer to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Palmer came free, but Andre Byrne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marty Palmer in the 58th minute of play forced Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Andre Byrne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andre Byrne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marty Palmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute Marty Palmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andre Byrne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andre Byrne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francis Delaney in the 66th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Pizzle Youth Team's Marty Palmer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andre Byrne narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marty Palmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes in the game, Ian Gascoigne fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dom Dawes having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Seth Green managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pizzle Youth Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Seth Green was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andre Byrne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pizzle Youth Team fully deserved thier win.
