In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Niepokonani FC's goalkeeper Karl Coyle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stevie Welsh in the 7th minute of play forced Niepokonani FC's goalkeeper Karl Coyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stevie Welsh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Coyle having to interfere. Zack Delamore struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Karl Coyle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stoneleigh. In the last second Karl Coyle throw himself and got hold of the ball when Stevie Welsh in the 11thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Zack Delamore struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Karl Coyle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stoneleigh. In the 16th minute, Stevie Welsh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Zack Delamore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stoneleigh's supporters rose to their feet, but Zack Delamore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl Coyle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hayden Forster kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Stevie Welsh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zack Delamore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl Coyle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Andre Dunn's late challenge caught a Stoneleigh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andre Dunn helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Stoneleigh booed when Niepokonani FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Dunn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Coyle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stevie Welsh in the 46th minute of the match. Hayden Forster's late challenge caught a Niepokonani FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hayden Forster helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th match minute, Stoneleigh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayden Forster to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 53rd minute Zack Delamore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Coyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Prendergast kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Denis Smart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Thorn having to interfere. When Zack Delamore came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Stoneleigh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zack Delamore couldn't finish the play. Stevie Welsh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Coyle having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Zack Delamore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CJ Afful fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Thorn having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stevie Welsh in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl Coyle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niepokonani FC's Andre Dunn got his second yellow card of the match in the 82nd minute. The referee ordered Andre Dunn off the ground. In the 82nd minute, Andre Dunn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stevie Welsh blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl Coyle having to make a save. In the 84th minute, Zack Delamore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stoneleigh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Karl Coyle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zack Delamore's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Denis Smart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zack Delamore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Karl Coyle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
