Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vance Cousins made the kick off and thus started the match. Sid Tomkin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Trev Styles put in a rough tackle. In the 31st minute, Christopher Radcliffe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sid Tomkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joey Tucker in the 32nd minute of play. Christopher Radcliffe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Micheal Windsor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vance Cousins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Micheal Windsor having to make a save. Damian Griffiths recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Jake Fordham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iain Bowe in the 45th minute of play forced Crouch End's goalkeeper Sid Tomkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Joey Tucker notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Crouch End's Sid Tomkin. Sid Tomkin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Crouch End players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sheffield were winning 0-3.

If Iain Bowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th of the match, Joey Tucker tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Sid Tomkin got in the way and made a wonderful save. If Vance Cousins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Crouch End's Sid Tomkin got control of the ball when Iain Bowe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sid Tomkin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iain Bowe in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Calum Bentley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd play minute Iain Bowe came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sid Tomkin. 0-4. 79 minutes into the match, Crouch End's goal looked a bit too open when Joey Tucker came free, but Sid Tomkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Joey Tucker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sid Tomkin. That made the score 0-5 in the 82 minute of play. Christopher Radcliffe kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Christopher Radcliffe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Micheal Windsor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Crouch End's goalkeeper Sid Tomkin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iain Bowe. When Christopher Radcliffe fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crouch End's protests and gave Christopher Radcliffe a yellow card for diving instead. Christopher Radcliffe kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The Crouch End manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Sheffield to win.
