When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Erik Wennerqvist sped through Rising Dragons's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stefan Drysdale. Matt Corbett kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Stefan Drysdale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rich Radcliffe went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Erik Wennerqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stefan Drysdale was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. When Matt Corbett fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rising Dragons's protests and gave Matt Corbett a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rising Dragons getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Matt Corbett hit a great ball. Erik Wennerqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Matt Corbett made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Erik Wennerqvist put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Stefan Drysdale. In the 82ndth minute of the game Erik Wennerqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rising Dragons's Stefan Drysdale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erik Wennerqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Drysdale having to interfere. Des Conway recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stefan Drysdale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Wennerqvist in the 89th minute of the match. Erik Wennerqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rising Dragons's Stefan Drysdale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Wennerqvist in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Galacticos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
