Spectators: 7541 (Terracing: 5695, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 100) Brynn Parkin made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Clayton got free with Andy Colton in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gaz Illingworth charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaz Illingworth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, F.c. Talent!'s Gaz Illingworth got a free kick in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, F.c. Talent!'s goal looked a bit too open when Rio Lambley came free, but Danny Canning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Joseph Clayton notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Cuza-Voda's Andy Colton. Andy Colton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 15 minutes, Cliff Budden managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Cuza-Voda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cliff Budden was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, F.c. Talent!'s goal looked a bit too open when Brynn Parkin came free, but Danny Canning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.c. Talent!'s Danny Canning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cliff Budden in the 19th minute of play. Danny Canning didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benji Swallow went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Cliff Budden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danny Canning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brynn Parkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rio Lambley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to F.c. Talent! getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Keiran Cornforth hit a great ball. Cliff Budden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brynn Parkin took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danny Canning. Danny Canning dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 47th minute, Rio Lambley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danny Canning was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaz Illingworth to strike the kick off in the second half. During the 52nd minute of the match Gaz Illingworth completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gaz Illingworth a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. F.c. Talent!'s Danny Canning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Lambley in the 56th minute of play. After 57th play minutes Cliff Budden shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Danny Canning and just under the crossbar into goal. With his leg Danny Canning managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when FC Cuza-Voda's Cliff Budden fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 62 minutes into the match, F.c. Talent!'s goalkeeper Danny Canning had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cliff Budden. Danny Canning made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rio Lambley in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, F.c. Talent!'s goal looked a bit too open when Cliff Budden came free, but Danny Canning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cliff Budden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Cliff Budden managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Cuza-Voda's supporters rose to their feet, but Cliff Budden was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danny Canning breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC Cuza-Voda getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Vinnie Boulton hit a great ball. Cliff Budden who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Danny Canning when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 76th match minute, FC Cuza-Voda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinnie Boulton to maneuver through the defense. If Brian Houghton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 80 minutes, Cliff Budden mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Cuza-Voda and the F.c. Talent! players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Cuza-Voda's Cliff Budden got a free kick in the 80th minute. Cliff Budden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Danny Canning made a huge save. 86 minutes into the game, Chris Odell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Cuza-Voda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.c. Talent! the free kick. Chris Odell hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Brian Houghton was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 89th minute Brynn Parkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny Canning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Cuza-Voda's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Brynn Parkin in the 91st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Kirk Clapham heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 95 minutes into the game, FC Cuza-Voda's Rio Lambley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danny Canning made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. When the final whistle sounded FC Cuza-Voda left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than F.c. Talent!.
