In the 4th minute, Jerry Grayson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Greenfield was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. George Greenfield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Grayson, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Jerry Grayson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Newham FC's George Greenfield. George Greenfield was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 16th minute, Jerry Grayson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dag & Red fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. George Greenfield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Roebuck, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Newham FC's attentive Gary Sercombe managed to snatch the ball when Nathan Dunlop made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. 27 minutes into the game, Dag & Red's Jerry Grayson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. George Greenfield made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After a rather tough play, Newham FC's Hayden Wells got a free kick in the 31st minute. 38 minutes into the game, Mitch Coulson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. George Greenfield was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute, Jerry Grayson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dag & Red fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Robbie Cole hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Dag & Red fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Dag & Red's Mitch Coulson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

After 53 minutes of play, Dag & Red's Mattias Roebuck made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. George Greenfield was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Mattias Roebuck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving George Greenfield. That made the score 0-9 in the 57 minute of play. A collision led to Newham FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Hayden Wells hit a great ball. George Greenfield came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Dag & Red's Jerry Grayson. But to his dismay, Jerry Grayson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. 68 minutes into the match, Mitch Coulson notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Newham FC's George Greenfield. George Greenfield was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mattias Roebuck's late challenge caught a Newham FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mattias Roebuck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Dag & Red was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Roebuck to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerry Grayson got free with George Greenfield in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 78 minutes into the match, Newham FC's goalkeeper George Greenfield had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerry Grayson. Gordon McNiven's late challenge caught a Dag & Red's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gordon McNiven helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Newham FC got a freekick which was hit by Gordon McNiven. In the 80th minute Mitch Coulson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Greenfield saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gordon McNiven made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Liam Shipperley immediately put the ball in play. Phillip Clay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Greenfield having to interfere. George Greenfield was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mitch Coulson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 97 minute of play. Dag & Red's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
