Spectators: 7360 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nathanial Bull kicked off to start the match. Coppull FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Turner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jay Sheldon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Sykes in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Sedgewick Collective getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ross Freeman hit a great ball. James Furlong succeeded in the game's 11th minute to get real power on a long shot . Sedgewick Collective's Jay Sheldon hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-1! If Darryl Sykes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If David Turner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darryl Sykes in the 21st minute of play forced Sedgewick Collective's goalkeeper Jay Sheldon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If David Turner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Sedgewick Collective got a freekick which was hit by Ross Freeman. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darryl Sykes in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jay Sheldon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Turner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jay Sheldon having to interfere. If Darryl Sykes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sedgewick Collective's Jay Sheldon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Turner in the 42nd minute of play. Jay Sheldon came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Coppull FC's David Turner. But to his dismay, David Turner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Sedgewick Collective players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Coppull FC were winning 0-2.

After having played for 53 minutes, David Turner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coppull FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Turner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sedgewick Collective's goalkeeper Jay Sheldon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Coppull FC's James Furlong got a free kick in the 59th minute. Spike Brindley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ashley Bye tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 played minutes Coppull FC got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Fairbank. Darryl Sykes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jay Sheldon having to interfere. The supporters of Coppull FC booed when Sedgewick Collective was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicky Horner didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Christopher Sedgemore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jay Sheldon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Turner in the 78th minute of the match. Darryl Sykes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jay Sheldon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sedgewick Collective's Jay Sheldon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Turner in the 83rd minute of play. Trevor Lock's late challenge caught a Sedgewick Collective's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Trevor Lock helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sedgewick Collective booed when Coppull FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trevor Lock didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute of the match Alan Oldham shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jay Sheldon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Darryl Sykes struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Jay Sheldon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coppull FC. After 93 played minutes Coppull FC got a freekick which was hit by Darryl Sykes. Spike Brindley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ashley Bye having to interfere. Coppull FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
