The Bombardier F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jack McDonald should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Bombardier F.C's Steven Folwill got a free kick in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the game, one of Bombardier F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jack McDonald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sean Howson's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marty Maston in the 23rd minute of play forced Bombardier F.C's goalkeeper Jack McDonald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Bombardier F.C booed when NoOne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sean Howson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Alan Needham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jack McDonald was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. The Bombardier F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. NoOne were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nath Walmsley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Steven Folwill had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Lynch. NoOne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steven Folwill was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Bombardier F.C's Nath Walmsley got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Needham in the 57th minute of play forced Bombardier F.C's goalkeeper Jack McDonald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steven Folwill kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Jack McDonald successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 64 minutes into the match, NoOne's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Wilkes came free, but Aaron Lynch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. NoOne's Isaac Clough got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Marty Maston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marty Maston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Jack McDonald made a huge save. In the 87thth minute of the game Alan Needham who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bombardier F.C's Jack McDonald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Bombardier F.C's Jack McDonald got control of the ball when Marty Maston tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jack McDonald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alan Needham's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Sean Howson struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Jack McDonald didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NoOne.
