An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Nath Walmsley got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Bombardier F.C booed when AC Allianssi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Will Dunlop didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Nigel Chalk managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Allianssi's supporters rose to their feet, but Nigel Chalk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nath Walmsley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Austin Leach having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nigel Chalk in the 30th minute of play forced Bombardier F.C's goalkeeper Jack McDonald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Austin Leach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Locking in the 31st minute of the match. Bombardier F.C's Jack McDonald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennie Lyons in the 34th minute of play. When Thomas Locking came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Bombardier F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Locking couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, Bombardier F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Nigel Chalk came free, but Jack McDonald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nath Walmsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 87th match minute, Bombardier F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steven Folwill to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, AC Allianssi's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Folwill came free, but Austin Leach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AC Allianssi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
