Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alfie Tubbs made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 3 minutes, Dean Higgins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DINAMO BUCURESTI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dean Higgins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rupert Robson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnnie Mowlem kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Alfie Tubbs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harvey Moxon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Gill, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Bakewell FC's Tim Shackleton got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Dean Higgins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 28 minutes, Dean Higgins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peter Wooding made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Rupert Robson sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Dean Higgins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Wooding saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bakewell FC booed when DINAMO BUCURESTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnnie Mowlem didn't get a good kick on the ball. The DINAMO BUCURESTI players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bakewell FC were winning 0-1.

When Rupert Robson came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the DINAMO BUCURESTI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rupert Robson couldn't finish the play. 53 minutes into the match, DINAMO BUCURESTI's Dean Higgins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Wooding narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bakewell FC's Cody Darko got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Dean Higgins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Wooding was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Rupert Robson might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Wooding. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rupert Robson ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rupert Robson in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Wooding saved Bakewell FC from getting behind. In the 84th minute, Rupert Robson made a precise shot to the right of Peter Wooding. Bakewell FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Rupert Robson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute Rupert Robson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Wooding saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DINAMO BUCURESTI walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
