The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Holton-le-Clay FC's John Paul Collier got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Loyd Delaney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. Tod Redwood-Turner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Johnnie Phippard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 71 minute of play. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holton-le-Clay FC's goalkeeper Robin Goodfellow, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stewart Ward fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Goodfellow having to interfere.
