Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Archie Deakin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Andrew Langston charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrew Langston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Nathan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrew Langston to maneuver through the defense. Joshua Wild made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Fitz Child sent off a good shot on target. Rhys Bonham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugh Bell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Hugh Bell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Bonham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugh Bell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Rhys Bonham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ty Morley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rhys Bonham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Ty Morley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Bonham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Archie Deakin managed to get in a good position for a shot. UMA-J37's supporters rose to their feet, but Archie Deakin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joshua Wild breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Keith Sercombe kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Hugh Bell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Rhys Bonham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paddy Jepson in the 45th minute of play forced UMA-J37's goalkeeper Rhys Bonham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nathan FC's Ty Morley in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UMA-J37's goalie prevented a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ty Morley to make the kick off. Hugh Bell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Rhys Bonham made a huge save. Ty Morley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rhys Bonham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ty Morley's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Ty Morley fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Paddy Jepson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Rhys Bonham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hugh Bell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhys Bonham having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Ty Morley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Bonham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to UMA-J37 getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Archie Deakin hit a great ball. Hugh Bell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rhys Bonham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. When UMA-J37's Fitz Child in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nathan FC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Fitz Child's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joshua Wild was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Tod Buckle's late challenge caught a UMA-J37's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tod Buckle helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Tod Buckle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Derek Hayes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UMA-J37's Fitz Child got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th match minute, Nathan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tod Buckle to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fitz Child in the 87th minute of play forced Nathan FC's goalkeeper Joshua Wild to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rhys Bonham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ty Morley in the 91st minute. Fitz Child struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Joshua Wild didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UMA-J37. In the 96th minute, Nathan FC's Hugh Bell dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. When the match was over Nathan FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than UMA-J37 throughout the match.
