After having played for 7 minutes, Deon Cobb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bruh FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deon Cobb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Deon Cobb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute Gareth Langdon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kieran Crossley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deon Cobb's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dom Little read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Famouz Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Deon Cobb came free, but Dom Little reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kasey Jones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kieran Crossley having to interfere. The supporters of Famouz Stars booed when Bruh FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marty Walls didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bruh FC's zone, Gareth Langdon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kieran Crossley came out of the goal and Gareth Langdon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nathan Featherson charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nathan Featherson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rowan Hawke to strike the kick off in the second half. Kieran Crossley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasey Jones in the 52nd minute of play. During the 53rd minute of the match Nathan Featherson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Nathan Featherson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Bruh FC booed when Famouz Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nathan Featherson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
