Spectators: 7399 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 0) Jeff Bellamy started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th match minute, Pewsey FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Sawyer to maneuver through the defense. If Jarle Larsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jeff Bellamy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Rafael Roldanillo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Pewsey FC's Stevie Groom. Stevie Groom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Rio Groom came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Elwood FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rio Groom couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarle Larsen in the 24th minute of play forced Pewsey FC's goalkeeper Stevie Groom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tod Tetley charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tod Tetley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute, Tod Tetley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Roldanillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stevie Groom having to interfere. Kristian Bower was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Elwood FC's Jarle Larsen in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pewsey FC's goalie prevented a goal. During the 29th minute of the match Marcus Sawyer completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marcus Sawyer a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Pewsey FC's Marcus Sawyer got a free kick in the 30th minute. Stevie Groom was a little too slow when Jarle Larsen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 3-0. If Rafael Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Elwood FC's Jarle Larsen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. If Rafael Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Elwood FC's Rafael Roldanillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stevie Groom. That made the score 5-0 after 42 minutes of play. Jarle Larsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Stevie Groom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Pewsey FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarle Larsen came free, but Stevie Groom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stevie Groom made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Rafael Roldanillo sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jarle Larsen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Rio Groom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Elwood FC fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Elwood FC's Jarle Larsen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nat Odell hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Nat Odell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mark Joy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jarle Larsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stevie Groom having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarle Larsen in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stevie Groom saved Pewsey FC from getting behind. With 78 minutes on the clock, Walter Bonham commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pewsey FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! When Rafael Roldanillo came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Elwood FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Roldanillo couldn't finish the play. Rafael Roldanillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pewsey FC's Stevie Groom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Groom in the 91st minute of play. Zane Page made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nat Odell in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96th minute Jarle Larsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stevie Groom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stevie Groom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rio Groom, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Elwood FC fully deserved thier win.
