In the 11th minute, Howard Emmerson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joshua Norfolk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Howard Emmerson to make the kick off. With his leg Joshua Norfolk managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Timsbury's Kenny Ridgeway fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Timsbury's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
