The audience thought a goal was coming when Marty Blackburn got free with Pierce Woodhall in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Marty Blackburn notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Arsenal F.C's Pierce Woodhall. Pierce Woodhall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute, Philip Pyrah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in spurs city's zone, Nial Togwell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ross Westlake came out of the goal and Nial Togwell tried to chip the ball over his head. Kasey Potter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierce Woodhall having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Marty Blackburn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pierce Woodhall. Arsenal F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marty Blackburn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Luke Bennett hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, spurs city's Stuart Clark tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kasey Potter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Pierce Woodhall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pierce Woodhall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kasey Potter's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Kasey Potter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marty Blackburn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierce Woodhall having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Rob Heslop mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the spurs city and the Arsenal F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to spurs city getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Rob Heslop hit a great ball. spurs city's Ross Westlake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nial Togwell in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marty Blackburn in the 83rd minute of play forced Arsenal F.C's goalkeeper Pierce Woodhall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Marty Blackburn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pierce Woodhall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th match minute, Arsenal F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralf Talbot to maneuver through the defense. Pierce Woodhall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Blackburn in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, spurs city's Marty Blackburn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pierce Woodhall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. spurs city's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
