Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tristram Lister made the kick off which started today's match. Tristram Lister did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Wayne Buckle 3 minutes into the match. The supporters of AFC Chiron booed when Bridgnorth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glen Newman didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Spike Moody had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tristram Lister sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Bridgnorth's Wayne Buckle got control of the ball when Jordan Love tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wayne Buckle made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Christopher Purvis sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes into the match, Bridgnorth's goalkeeper Wayne Buckle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christopher Purvis. When Rueben Stobbs fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Chiron's protests and gave Rueben Stobbs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, AFC Chiron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rueben Stobbs to maneuver through the defense. If Tristram Lister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wayne Buckle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tristram Lister's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Christopher Purvis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wayne Buckle having to interfere. Christopher Purvis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christopher Purvis got free with Wayne Buckle in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christopher Purvis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Wayne Buckle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes, Pat Lonsdale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bridgnorth and the AFC Chiron players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AFC Chiron booed when Bridgnorth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pat Lonsdale didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tristram Lister blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wayne Buckle having to make a save. In the 46th minute, Tristram Lister got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Spike Moody made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Bridgnorth's Glen Newman got a free kick in the 51st minute. During the 54th minute of the match Pat Lonsdale completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pat Lonsdale a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Pat Lonsdale hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Christopher Purvis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christopher Purvis in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wayne Buckle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tristram Lister sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Tristram Lister sped through Bridgnorth's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wayne Buckle. Tristram Lister struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Wayne Buckle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC Chiron. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AFC Chiron fully deserved thier win.
