Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Carl Clough started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Hadleigh FC's Gregory Armitstead nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. William Moore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 6th match minute, Hadleigh FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franz Woodhouse to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Holloway in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg William Moore saved RED STAR BRASOV from getting behind. William Moore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregory Armitstead in the 12th minute of play. Dylan Bye let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 13th minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. After 18 minutes, Mike Harland mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RED STAR BRASOV and the Hadleigh FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mike Harland hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Holloway in the 21st minute of play forced RED STAR BRASOV's goalkeeper William Moore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Frankie Budden cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. William Moore was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albert Holloway took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised William Moore. William Moore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind RED STAR BRASOV's goalkeeper William Moore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Carl Clough made a precise shot to the right of Mick May. Hadleigh FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. After having played for 43 minutes, Albert Holloway managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hadleigh FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Holloway was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albert Holloway received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. William Moore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

If Dylan Bye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Dylan Bye came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the RED STAR BRASOV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dylan Bye couldn't finish the play. Mick May stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carl Clough's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Frankie Budden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Moore having to interfere. Dylan Bye sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hadleigh FC's Franz Woodhouse got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Dylan Bye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mick May having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Albert Holloway left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hadleigh FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. In the 81st minute, Hadleigh FC's Franz Woodhouse dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-6. Franz Woodhouse kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Carl Clough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Gregory Armitstead rounded RED STAR BRASOV's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-7.
