Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kyle Robson kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Craig Kennedy in the 2nd minute of play forced Windsor's goalkeeper Calum Hirst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Windsor booed when Leeds AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guy Fields didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 played minutes Leeds AFC got a freekick which was hit by Austin Kent. Kyle Robson struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Liam Horseman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Windsor. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Des Munroe during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dylon Sullivan in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Calum Hirst, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Craig Kennedy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Windsor's goal looked a bit too open when Craig Kennedy came free, but Calum Hirst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rupert Norman came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Windsor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rupert Norman couldn't finish the play. Craig Kennedy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calum Hirst having to interfere. 47 minutes in the game, Dylon Sullivan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Calum Hirst having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Craig Kennedy made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Dylon Sullivan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calum Hirst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Dylon Sullivan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Calum Hirst. Windsor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dylon Sullivan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Rupert Norman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Leeds AFC's Craig Kennedy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Calum Hirst narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Rupert Norman notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Leeds AFC's Liam Horseman. Liam Horseman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Windsor's Chris Croxford got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 70 played minutes Windsor got a freekick which was hit by Frank Gavan. After 71 played minutes, Leeds AFC's Rod Beard shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Calum Hirst came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Leeds AFC reached it. Calum Hirst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Craig Kennedy in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 79th minute of the match, Frank Gavan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Liam Horseman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dylon Sullivan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Calum Hirst tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liam Horseman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Robson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 played minutes Windsor got a freekick which was hit by Frank Gavan. After recieving a nice pass, Leeds AFC's Rod Beard tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Craig Kennedy in the 93rd minute of play forced Windsor's goalkeeper Calum Hirst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Windsor's Kyle Robson in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leeds AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Leeds AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Windsor for a fine match.
