An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Taylor in the 21st minute of play forced Inter FC Torino's goalkeeper Chaz Quinn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivor Burrows kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Inter FC Torino's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Taylor came free, but Chaz Quinn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Sam Lowe could shoot a difficult shot in the 50th minute, which Chaz Quinn however easily saved by the left post. After 54 minutes, Jimmy Riad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nancy AFC and the Inter FC Torino players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jimmy Riad hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 60thth minute of the game Crispin Coulson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nancy AFC's Walter Gardner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walter Gardner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Crispin Coulson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Inter FC Torino's Chaz Quinn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Inter FC Torino from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Crispin Coulson in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Gardner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the game, Pierre Rhodes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Walter Gardner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute Jay Beattie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Gardner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Crispin Coulson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter FC Torino's supporters rose to their feet, but Crispin Coulson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
