Den Watson made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Dale Cooper sent off a good shot on target. Kevin Pell charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevin Pell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th minute, Kevin Pell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute Warren Allott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Kurt Hill recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Den Watson. Kurt Hill showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Dale Cooper could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Den Watson made a huge save. 19 minutes into the match, Dale Cooper had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Den Watson. Thirsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dale Cooper was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. All Stars™'s Augusto Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Spike Clough in the 30th minute of play. Den Watson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dale Cooper in the 31st minute. The All Stars™ fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when All Stars™'s Dale Cooper looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dale Cooper could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Den Watson made a huge save. With a little luck, Thirsk's Den Watson got control of the ball when George Duggan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Dale Cooper notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Thirsk's Den Watson. Den Watson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute, Dale Cooper made a precise shot to the right of Den Watson. Thirsk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kurt Hill made a kick off. Augusto Santana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Warren Allott showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-1 in the 55 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Spike Clough kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Augusto Santana. That made the score 6-2 in the 59 minute of play. In the 62nd minute Warren Allott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spike Cloughs short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Augusto Santana to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thirsk's Den Watson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Hill in the 68th minute of play. Den Watson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Duggan in the 70th minute of the match. Augusto Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dominic Frost went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-3 was the resulting score. Den Watson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dale Cooper's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Cooper in the 76th minute of play forced Thirsk's goalkeeper Den Watson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Thirsk's Dominic Frost got a free kick in the 80th minute. All Stars™'s Augusto Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save All Stars™ from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, All Stars™'s Augusto Santana got control of the ball when Spike Clough tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, All Stars™'s goalkeeper Augusto Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Spike Clough. George Duggan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Thirsk's zone, Dale Cooper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Den Watson came out of the goal and Dale Cooper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Den Watson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Hill, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. All Stars™'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
