Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kurt Hill made the kick off which started today's match. Shane Ruddock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Cooper, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After a rather tough play, Ambleside's Rory Bowler got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ambleside's Shane Ruddock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Hill in the 9th minute of play. All Stars™'s Augusto Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save All Stars™ from getting a goal against them. Conal Gray charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conal Gray the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 12 played minutes Ambleside got a freekick which was hit by Conal Gray. Kurt Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Kurt Hill left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The All Stars™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ambleside's Shane Ruddock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Hill in the 22nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ambleside's Conal Gray slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Augusto Santana. That made the score 1-1 after 25 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Kurt Hill managed to get in a good position for a shot. All Stars™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Hill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shane Ruddock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A sloppy throw-in by Joey Hartson in the 38th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ambleside's Rory Bowler.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Conal Gray made a kick off. Joey Hartson kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, Ambleside was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conal Gray to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conal Gray in the 57th minute of play. In the 62ndth minute of the game Damian Patterson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but All Stars™'s Augusto Santana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Jack Carey-Bertram had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Santana. All Stars™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jack Carey-Bertram was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 74 minutes into the match, Ambleside's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Hill came free, but Shane Ruddock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dale Cooper charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dale Cooper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Dale Cooper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conal Gray in the 81st minute of the match. In the 85th minute Damian Patterson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of All Stars™ booed when Ambleside was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conal Gray didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Jordan Longley from long distance, 88 minutes into the match, got Shane Ruddock's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 94 minutes into the match, All Stars™'s goal looked a bit too open when Conal Gray came free, but Augusto Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ambleside had played much better football throughout.
