Devon Bassett hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jo Rooney in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Budden saved Hextable United from getting behind. A collision led to Powerpuffs getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Henry Dawson hit a great ball. Tosh Clayton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 13 played minutes Powerpuffs got a freekick which was hit by Răzvan Bălace. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyler Cahill in the 17th minute of play forced Powerpuffs's goalkeeper Oliver Tubbs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jasper Robson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Craig Snowden got free with Oliver Tubbs in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the game, Powerpuffs's Henry Dawson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carl Budden made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Powerpuffs booed when Hextable United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicky Whitmore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zeferino Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Powerpuffs booed when Hextable United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Craig Snowden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jo Rooney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Budden having to interfere. The Powerpuffs fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Powerpuffs's Jo Rooney looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Carl Budden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Dawson in the 38th minute of the match. Carl Budden didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tosh Clayton went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Henry Dawson put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Carl Budden. Carl Budden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jo Rooney in the 48th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dean Atkins to strike the kick off in the second half. Oliver Tubbs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dean Atkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jo Rooneys short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Carl Budden to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carl Budden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Dawson in the 55th minute of the match. Nicky Whitmore hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jo Rooney received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carl Budden came out and tried to block the shot, but Jo Rooney slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 57th minute. If Tosh Clayton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Powerpuffs booed when Hextable United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pete Vaughn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jo Rooney's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Budden read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match, Jo Rooney got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carl Budden was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With his leg Carl Budden managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Powerpuffs's Tosh Clayton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Devon Bassett hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. If Henry Dawson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hextable United's Carl Budden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Hextable United from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Tyler Cahill had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oliver Tubbs. Powerpuffs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tyler Cahill was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Henry Dawson struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Carl Budden didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Powerpuffs. Henry Dawson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Powerpuffs's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Tosh Clayton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Powerpuffs's supporters rose to their feet, but Tosh Clayton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Budden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jo Rooney could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Carl Budden made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Dawson in the 88th minute of play forced Hextable United's goalkeeper Carl Budden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Jo Rooney sped through Hextable United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carl Budden. Powerpuffs's Jo Rooney was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 93rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
