Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lance Robertson got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute Patrick Hughes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andre Champion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olly Butt was a little too slow when Jake Baldwin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. Alan Backhouse scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andre Champion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andre Champion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damion Crouch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andre Champion came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Westerham's Alan Backhouse. But to his dismay, Alan Backhouse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 26th minute Patrick Hughes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andre Champion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Hughes in the 34th minute of play forced Wadebridge's goalkeeper Andre Champion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Westerham booed when Wadebridge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lance Robertson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Watson in the 38th minute of play forced Wadebridge's goalkeeper Andre Champion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Sebastian Watson notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Wadebridge's Andre Champion. Andre Champion was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wadebridge's Andre Champion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Backhouse in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Lance Robertson in the 56th minute of play forced Westerham's goalkeeper Olly Butt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alan Backhouse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Andre Champion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Westerham's Olly Butt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jake Baldwin in the 63rd minute of play. Damion Crouch charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damion Crouch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Westerham getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Damion Crouch hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Lance Robertson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olly Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andre Champion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Backhouse in the 69th minute of the match. With a little luck, Wadebridge's Andre Champion got control of the ball when Patrick Hughes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olly Butt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lance Robertson in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute Lance Robertson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olly Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olly Butt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Perry Rayner went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute, Jake Baldwin made a precise shot to the right of Olly Butt. Westerham's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. 92 minutes into the match, Westerham's goal looked a bit too open when Jake Baldwin came free, but Olly Butt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wadebridge's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
