Dean Simms took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Callum Potter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zane Hanson hit a great ball. byby Im Bored.com's Richard Verity proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save byby Im Bored.com from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jay Carlisle during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Ivan Washington came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Broken bottles FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Washington couldn't finish the play. Dean Simms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Friebe in the 46th minute of the match. Dean Simms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Friebe in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Archie Sansom made the kick off in the second half. Archie Sansom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Verity having to interfere. Lucas Rundell kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Archie Sansom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Richard Verity was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Richard Verity stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eddy Moody's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Broken bottles FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
