The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Sebastien Steadman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eddy Boyd in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Verity prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 0-1 became the score in the 10th minute when Sebastien Steadman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sebastien Steadman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Verity made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddy Boyd in the 17th minute of play. Sebastien Steadman struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Richard Verity didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harleston. After a defensive mix-up in byby Im Bored.com's zone, Sebastien Steadman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Verity came out of the goal and Sebastien Steadman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Richard Verity took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddy Boyd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Verity made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastien Steadman in the 23rd minute of play. If Callum Potter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 29 minutes, Adrian Cambridge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the byby Im Bored.com and the Harleston players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to byby Im Bored.com getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Adrian Cambridge hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes Harleston got a freekick which was hit by Dave Porter. 37 minutes into the match, Sebastien Steadman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of byby Im Bored.com's Richard Verity. Richard Verity was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of byby Im Bored.com booed when Harleston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastien Steadman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reg Christensen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Friebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Sebastien Steadman scored 0-3 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Verity, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. byby Im Bored.com's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Eddy Boyd scored to the left of an out of position Richard Verity, making the score, 0-4. Richard Verity showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddy Boyd in the 67th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in byby Im Bored.com's zone, Eddy Boyd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Verity came out of the goal and Eddy Boyd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harleston's Sebastien Steadman got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71 played minutes byby Im Bored.com got a freekick which was hit by Rodney May. 0-5 became the score in the 74th minute when Sebastien Steadman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sebastien Steadman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Verity having to interfere. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 79th minute, but Richard Verity got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving byby Im Bored.com hanging dry this time. Lucas Rundell kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, byby Im Bored.com's Lucas Rundell got a free kick in the 82nd minute. A hard shot 84 in the game by Sebastien Steadman from a close distance when the talented Richard Verity managed to make a qualified save. byby Im Bored.com's players were relieved. Sebastien Steadman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Richard Verity tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes byby Im Bored.com got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Rundell. Richard Verity didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 96th minute, which inside left pole to 0-6.
