When Vincent Foster fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kingswinford's protests and gave Vincent Foster a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th match minute, Kingswinford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Foster to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Thom Hopgood dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Johnny Brooke, 1-0. In the 18th match minute, Kingswinford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Garner to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ray Alsop in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bobby Blake prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Duncan Le Tissier kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Machiavellian's Lawrence Marriott got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 23 in the game by Robert Boyce from a close distance when the talented Johnny Brooke managed to make a qualified save. Machiavellian's players were relieved. In the 27th of the match, Thom Hopgood tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Johnny Brooke got in the way and made a wonderful save. Bobby Blake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ray Alsop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walter Castledine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Bobby Blake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Machiavellian's Ray Alsop nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bobby Blake made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Robert Boyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Walter Castledine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Bobby Blake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bobby Blake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Castledine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Thom Hopgood ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johnny Brooke was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.

The wind increased when Thom Hopgood made the kick off in the second half. Bobby Blake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toby Jones in the 52nd minute of the match. Bobby Blake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toby Jones, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Walter Castledine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Machiavellian's Ray Alsop got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vincent Foster kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Machiavellian's Walter Castledine got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 76th minute, Kingswinford's Tristan McGurk seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tristan McGurk the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kingswinford protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tristan McGurk had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 76 minutes into the game, one of Kingswinford:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lawrence Marriott shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Bobby Blake didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shawn Sutton went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Kingswinford's Bobby Blake got control of the ball when Keanu Wardell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bobby Blake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shawn Sutton in the 87th minute of the match. If Philip Garner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kingswinford were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Machiavellian for a fine match.
