Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Brendon Doona made the kick off which started today's match. When Brendon Couzens fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Andover's protests and gave Brendon Couzens a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Andover got a freekick which was hit by Brendon Couzens. In the 8th minute Noel Friebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Swift saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danny Sadler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Richard Verity tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Huey Bannister lost his temper 19 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Andover! Rodney May shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 25th minute Noel Friebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Swift saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Rundell hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes, Andover's Brendon Couzens shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Richard Verity came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Andover reached it. With his leg Richard Verity managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Andover's Harry Pickering fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Noel Friebe took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denis Swift. Denis Swift dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Andover defense, Noel Friebe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Swift. The Andover fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Swift should have stopped the shot. When Adrian Cambridge came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the byby Im Bored.com fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Cambridge couldn't finish the play. The supporters of byby Im Bored.com booed when Andover was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brendon Doona didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Andover players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. byby Im Bored.com were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Noel Friebe made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 60 minutes, Danny Sadler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Andover's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danny Sadler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The attack was good, but when Harry Pickering in the 62nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Andover's Danny Sadler got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Danny Sadler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harry Pickering struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Richard Verity didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Andover. Andover's Danny Sadler got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Callum Potter's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Denis Swift firmly grabbed it by the left post. Andover's Stevie Heywood got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Callum Potter could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Denis Swift however easily saved by the left post. 81 minutes into the game, Lucas Rundell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Denis Swift was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. byby Im Bored.com's Richard Verity played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Sadler in the 89th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in byby Im Bored.com's zone, Danny Sadler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Verity came out of the goal and Danny Sadler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
