Vern Southgate scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thom Daly, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Czeladzianie's Fred Browne got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vern Southgate in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thom Daly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niall Beasley made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Rupert Blacknell sent off a good shot on target. Vern Southgate succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Bryan Short fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niall Beasley having to interfere. David Bambrook blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niall Beasley having to make a save. Thom Daly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vern Southgate in the 34th minute of the match. Vern Southgate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thom Daly having to interfere. Frazer Clayton took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thom Daly. Thom Daly dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Frazer Clayton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thom Daly having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vern Southgate to strike the kick off in the second half. Phillip Lawton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Thom Daly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Frazer Clayton kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thom Daly. That made the score 0-5 in the 54 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Vern Southgate's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thom Daly was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Juventus's goal looked a bit too open when Vern Southgate came free, but Thom Daly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thom Daly was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vern Southgate showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 66 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Phillip Lawton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czeladzianie's supporters rose to their feet, but Phillip Lawton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thom Daly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the game, Phillip Lawton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czeladzianie's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus the free kick. In the 75th match minute, Czeladzianie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phillip Lawton to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vern Southgate in the 82nd minute of play forced Juventus's goalkeeper Thom Daly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Bruce Long got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus's zone, Fred Browne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thom Daly came out of the goal and Fred Browne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rupert Blacknell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Niall Beasley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Czeladzianie left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Juventus.
