Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Matthew Bzeu made the kick off which started today's match. Matthew Bzeu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 minutes, Matthew Bzeu made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Evington's Glen Blake tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Evington booed when Lymington City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthew Bzeu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 played minutes Evington got a freekick which was hit by Shane Moyle. Glen Blake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zackary Osbon in the 20th minute of the match. Glen Blake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Arrowsmith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frazer Lyons fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vince Perryman having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Evington's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew Bzeu came free, but Glen Blake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Matthew Bzeu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Glen Blake was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthew Bzeu in the 30th minute of play forced Evington's goalkeeper Glen Blake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Evington's goal looked a bit too open when Trey Rothwell came free, but Glen Blake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brian Krief hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Trey Rothwell made a precise shot to the right of Glen Blake. Evington's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The Lymington City fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Lymington City's Matthew Bzeu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Glen Blake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Arrowsmith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Lymington City booed when Evington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ash Forrest didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Zackary Osbon came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Lymington City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zackary Osbon couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frazer Lyons made a kick off. Abraham Sala struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Glen Blake didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lymington City. If Brian Krief had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the game, Ash Forrest was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Evington's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lymington City the free kick. A collision led to Evington getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ash Forrest hit a great ball. Glen Blake made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Andrew Harkin sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Lymington City's Glen Blake threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tommy Arrowsmith, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 63rd minute, Matthew Bzeu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Glen Blake. The goal made the score 0-5. Brian Krief succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 67th playminute. Graham Beale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Glen Blake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Lymington City's Trey Rothwell dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Evington's Glen Blake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Arrowsmith in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 minutes Evington's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zackary Osbon who took care of the corner kick. Graham Beale hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute Tommy Arrowsmith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glen Blake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trey Rothwell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Glen Blake came out and tried to block the shot, but Trey Rothwell slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 89th minute. The Evington fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lymington City were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
