The supporters of Beckford booed when Lymington City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthew Bzeu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Beckford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phil Wallbank to maneuver through the defense. Trey Rothwell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reuben Reid having to interfere. Matthew Bzeus short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Reuben Reid to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Trey Rothwell succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. Freddy Parslow lost his temper 27 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, Lymington City's Zackary Osbon got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Reuben Reid. Reuben Reid came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lymington City's Tommy Arrowsmith. But to his dismay, Tommy Arrowsmith quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With his leg Reuben Reid managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Lymington City's Matthew Bzeu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 37th minute, Matthew Bzeu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Reuben Reid. The goal made the score 4-0. After a rather tough play, Beckford's Syd Calder got a free kick in the 40th minute. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Matthew Bzeu sped through Beckford's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Reuben Reid. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Trey Rothwell during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Matthew Bzeu came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Lymington City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthew Bzeu couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matthew Bzeu was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthew Bzeu in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reuben Reid saved Beckford from getting behind. When Lymington City's Matthew Bzeu in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
