Phil Guest was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jacobo Venerando showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Dean Butterfield managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bristol Totterdown AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dean Butterfield was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute, Ralf Silk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Jacobo Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Phil Guest breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Viking Rovers's Trev Patten got a free kick in the 17th minute. Viking Rovers's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dean Butterfield 19 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Phil Guest was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jacobo Venerando showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. After 26 minutes, Ian Pointon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viking Rovers and the Bristol Totterdown AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th minute, Ian Pointon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Phil Guest didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bristol Totterdown AFC's Jacobo Venerando shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Papo Folgueras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Caton, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Jacobo Venerando had several of the Viking Rovers's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Phil Guest as he didn't even see the shot coming. Jacobo Venerando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Phil Guest having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Caton to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Viking Rovers's zone, Jacobo Venerando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phil Guest came out of the goal and Jacobo Venerando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ian Pointon was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. In the 52nd minute, Ian Pointon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jude Rain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Jacobo Venerando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bristol Totterdown AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Jacobo Venerando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristian Frost made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bristol Totterdown AFC's Seth Nethercot. Phil Guest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 minutes of play Viking Rovers's Andy Windsor was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Bristol Totterdown AFC booed when Viking Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Windsor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86thth minute of the game Jacobo Venerando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viking Rovers's Phil Guest was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Bart Atkins had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Phil Guest. Viking Rovers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bart Atkins was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Jacobo Venerando scored 10-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Phil Guest, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 93 minutes, Jacobo Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bristol Totterdown AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacobo Venerando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute Jacobo Venerando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phil Guest saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Bristol Totterdown AFC were the better team. Bristol Totterdown AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
