Pedro Maclean was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 12 minutes, Borys Jaworski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. London Lions's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borys Jaworski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 16 in the game by Tiburcio Lain from a close distance when the talented Pedro Maclean managed to make a qualified save. 曼彻斯特联's players were relieved. After 17 played minutes 曼彻斯特联 got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Markinson. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Tiburcio Lain sped through 曼彻斯特联's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Maclean. When Tiburcio Lain came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the London Lions fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Lain couldn't finish the play. In the 25thth minute of the game Tiburcio Lain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 曼彻斯特联's Pedro Maclean was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute Marcos Francisco Elzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Maclean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Lain recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Maclean. Tiburcio Lain showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. The supporters of 曼彻斯特联 booed when London Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Jaworski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Maclean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiburcio Lain's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Tiburcio Lain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Pedro Maclean made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Tiburcio Lain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Maclean was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. London Lions were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after 曼彻斯特联's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Laurence Perryman took the corner. The corner led London Lions's Laurence Perryman to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Maclean despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Pedro Maclean was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sean Hamilton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. London Lions's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Lain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiburcio Lain scored 9-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Maclean, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The London Lions fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when London Lions's Tiburcio Lain looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 14-0 when Tiburcio Lain sped through 曼彻斯特联's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Maclean. Tiburcio Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute, Waldemar Pitta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Maclean was frozen by the shot and now it was 16-0. After 96th play minutes Tiburcio Lain shot 17-0, a short shot which went by Pedro Maclean and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee ended the match the London Lions players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
