Jagiellonia United's supporters rose to their feet, but Garry Duke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leigh Deakin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leigh Deakin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Garry Duke in the 39th minute. Russell Shotton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Seb Green tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Jagiellonia United got a freekick which was hit by Frank Seal.

The wind increased when Ben Griffin made the kick off in the second half. Ben Griffin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Seb Green made a huge save. Jagiellonia United's Alfie Hammett got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Centre of Excellence AFC's zone, Ash Ellis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leigh Deakin came out of the goal and Ash Ellis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Frank Seal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 minutes of play, Jagiellonia United's Garry Duke made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leigh Deakin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sol Bell's late challenge caught a Jagiellonia United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sol Bell helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Centre of Excellence AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Leigh Deakin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0.
