In a very dangerous position, a player in Centre of Excellence AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! In the 15th minute, Holy Cross Mountains got a penalty, and Emanuel Stroescu placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. In the 18th minute, Reynaldo Mede got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ian Watson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leigh Deakin having to interfere. Horea Decuseară in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leigh Deakin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ian Watson got free with Leigh Deakin in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27thth minute of the game Horea Decuseară who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Centre of Excellence AFC's Leigh Deakin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Horea Decuseară put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Leigh Deakin. In the 38th minute, Zaq Ramsay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ben Griffin to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Centre of Excellence AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Decuseară came free, but Leigh Deakin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Horea Decuseară sped through Centre of Excellence AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leigh Deakin. The audience was convinced that Horea Decuseară's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leigh Deakin was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Leigh Deakin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horea Decuseară's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. The Holy Cross Mountains fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Holy Cross Mountains's Horea Decuseară looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 86 minutes, Horea Decuseară made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Centre of Excellence AFC's Leigh Deakin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Centre of Excellence AFC's Leigh Deakin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Decuseară in the 95th minute of play.
