Spectators: 8043 (Terracing: 6033, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 160) Alec Halloran started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 3 minutes, Christiano Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ealing's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christiano Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Eric Heslop managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wanborough's supporters rose to their feet, but Eric Heslop was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barry Edgson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Fitz Greenwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barry Edgson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jo Rice's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes in the game Wally Stonehouse did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Alec Halloran. In the 27th minute, Christiano Barreto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ealing fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Wanborough's goalkeeper Richard Rathmell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christiano Barreto. Jo Rice fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barry Edgson having to interfere. With a little luck, Wanborough's Richard Rathmell got control of the ball when Christiano Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christiano Barreto got free with Richard Rathmell in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wanborough's Richard Rathmell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fitz Greenwood in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fitz Greenwood in the 43rd minute of play forced Wanborough's goalkeeper Richard Rathmell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christiano Barreto to make the kick off. Richard Rathmell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fitz Greenwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Christiano Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Richard Rathmell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 60 minutes of play, Ealing's Christiano Barreto made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Rathmell was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Ealing getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Dom Bates hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Jo Rice hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the game, Christiano Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Richard Rathmell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Jo Rice could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Barry Edgson however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Barreto in the 77th minute of play forced Wanborough's goalkeeper Richard Rathmell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Alfie Long got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 minutes, Christiano Barreto made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Wanborough's Richard Rathmell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wanborough's Richard Rathmell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fitz Greenwood in the 86th minute of play. Christiano Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Rathmell having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Fitz Greenwood ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Rathmell was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. There was no doubt that Ealing were the better team. Ealing's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
