In the 4th match minute, Fc Malá Lula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Bistreanu to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, i glimpsed a black star's Alex Howard got control of the ball when Ged Mayfield tried to sneak it across the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Fc Malá Lula's goal looked a bit too open when Ron Krief came free, but Scott Bramhall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ged Mayfield came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Fc Malá Lula fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ged Mayfield couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Alfredo Intxixu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Malá Lula's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Intxixu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Howard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Scott Bramhall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ron Krief, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Ged Mayfield had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ged Mayfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Howard having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Fc Malá Lula's Alex Howard threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfredo Intxixu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Alfredo Intxixu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 38 minutes, Seb Holdsworth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Malá Lula's supporters crossed their fingers, but Seb Holdsworth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alex Howard made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Ged Mayfield sent off a good shot on target. Scott Bramhall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vernon Smith in the 41st minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 52nd minute, Ged Mayfield got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Howard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Intxixu's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Tommy Bray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Scott Bramhall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Fc Malá Lula booed when i glimpsed a black star was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylon Dibb didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Ged Mayfield notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of i glimpsed a black star's Alex Howard. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Intxixu in the 68th minute of play forced i glimpsed a black star's goalkeeper Alex Howard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Mike Charie kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Scott Bramhall. That made the score 2-1 in the 77 minute of play. In the 80th minute, Ron Krief got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stu Beckham during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 82 minutes into the game, one of i glimpsed a black star:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Rufus Heath fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Malá Lula's protests and gave Rufus Heath a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of i glimpsed a black star booed when Fc Malá Lula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rufus Heath didn't get a good kick on the ball. Scott Bramhall made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ron Krief sent off a good shot on target. Scott Bramhall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Bray in the 98th minute of play. Fc Malá Lula were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
