Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Crispin North made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to The White Rovers getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Archie Garner hit a great ball. Joel Dlyan kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Mattias Cartwright scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Will Bryden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute, Joel Dlyan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francis Gurney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reuben Clarkson, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Francis Gurney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Crispin North, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Doug Walker dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Will Bryden, 3-0. The White Rovers's Joel Dlyan got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Tonbridge's goalkeeper Will Bryden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattias Cartwright. If Joel Dlyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Tonbridge's Anthony Boothroyd seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anthony Boothroyd the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tonbridge protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anthony Boothroyd had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Tonbridge getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Anthony Boothroyd hit a great ball. In the 56th minute Joel Dlyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Will Bryden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Mattias Cartwright managed to get in a good position for a shot. The White Rovers's supporters rose to their feet, but Mattias Cartwright was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Will Bryden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mattias Cartwright in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Will Bryden saved Tonbridge from getting behind. Mattias Cartwright received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Will Bryden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattias Cartwright scored 4-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Will Bryden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute Joel Dlyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Will Bryden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Joel Dlyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, The White Rovers's Nick Rushforth got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 78 played minutes, The White Rovers's Nial Blakeley shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Will Bryden came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in The White Rovers reached it. Dom Jennings recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Dlyan hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Nick Rushforth charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nick Rushforth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th match minute, The White Rovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nick Rushforth to maneuver through the defense. Will Bryden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Dlyan in the 92nd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. The White Rovers fully deserved thier win.
