Doug Walker kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, The White Rovers's Nial Blakeley got a free kick in the 21st minute. Jacob Clare didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mattias Cartwright went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Jacob Clare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Cartwright, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Neil Carr fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wembley City's protests and gave Neil Carr a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Neil Carr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The White Rovers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
